AF1 Pty Ltd (ABN 34 120 939 835) (“AF1”) is the promoter of this online raffle.

The on-line raffle registration, entry and draw process is run and managed by the EQL platform and to enter the raffle entrants must register with EQL as directed during the entry process and agree to EQL’s Terms & Conditions.

Raffle entry is available to NSW and entrants who hold a NSW address ONLY.

Entrants may only use Master Card, Visa, or AMEX for registration.  International cards and other methods of payment are not accepted.  If the entrant is successful, the nominated card at time of entry will be automatically charged.

Only one (1) entry per person per launch product is allowed.  Entries are non-transferrable.

Entry is for the opportunity to purchase the launch product either online or at the specified location, date, time, and in the size submitted at registration.  Unless otherwise specified launch product offered via a raffle will only be available via online for delivery and will not be available to pay or pick up or in store.

The entry and purchase of the launch product is only valid for the registered details and registration details cannot be amended once submitted.  The winning entrant’s ability to purchase the launch product is subject to stock.

Winning entrants’ will be charged automatically to purchase the specific launch product detailed at entry submission.  Winning entries cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise provided to anyone else and evidence of this behaviour by any entrant will result in disqualification.

Products purchased through a winning raffle entry cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.  When an item is deemed faulty following an assessment of the product and accompanied by proof of purchase, claims will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

All products purchased through a winning raffle entry come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  This policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Winning entries have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for credit towards any purchase and cannot be altered or have the delivery method changed.  All raffle product is subject to availability and AF1 is under no obligation to supply an alternative product.

Domestic shipping and handling (AU) will be a flat rate of $15.00 AUD (unless stated otherwise) using Australia Post.  In the event of a failed delivery or Return to Sender due to incorrect information being provided during raffle entry process a $15.00 fee to cover return and re-shipping costs may apply.

AF1 is not responsible for lost or undelivered items shipped using Australia Post.  Winning entrants’ who believe an item is lost or undelivered should complete tracking and delivery issue enquiries via the Australia Post system to its conclusion before contacting AF1 Pty Ltd.

AF1 is not responsible for lost, unread, or unreceived emails. It is the entrant’s responsibility to check SPAM/JUNK mail settings and folders and PRIVACY/SECURITY settings.

AF1 holds the right to:

  • Change the raffle entry and draw process at any time at the discretion of AF1
  • Disqualify any entrant who AF1 deem to be reselling, violating conditions, or abusing the raffle system and these entrants may also be disqualified from future raffles
  • Change, alter or withdraw the raffle at any time if circumstances make this necessary
  • Select another winner from the valid entry pool in place of any forfeited winning entries
  • Hold product for any winning entry until a verification or ID check is complete if requested by staff.

AF1 accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you because of entering the raffle or accepting the opportunity to purchase the launch product.
